Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
Its been three months that i've rented a house (1st floor) and he lives on 2nd. When there was no water so i turned on the water motor after that i closed it asap when water came then his son came down after 2hours and insulted me then he checked whole house while my mum was there without permission of me. Now he has crossed all limits that I had AC working but he landlord called my dad to close it asap since its 9AM! I pay 350$ to him with electricity n AC and i got agreement for 11 months. but now he called my dad to leave the house in a month. I've informed my broker and he said that if he insults you or do anything unsual you come to me and we both can goto civil court.

In the stated circumstances you must get help from the court and get the injunctive orders against your landlord.

dear, i dont know whether you have a registered rent agreement or not, if your rent agreement is registered than its comparatively cheaper to get relief from court.but in any case you have a good case to get your relief. you can contact for further details: 0323 4638149
