Dear Sir

"Navi Sharat" means a land held by a Tenant under the provisions of Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act.

This is new and non impartable land means. Which means, that the land cannot be transferred , alienated or converted to any other use without the previous permission of the Collector.

Feel free to contact should you have any questions. I am based in GUjarat Ahmedabad
