Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I had purchased 1 Room Kitchen from Mhada in the year 2000 in Kandivli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We stayed there for 5 years. The since the porperty was far from railway station, we were getting difficulty in travelling to job place. So, we rented property and moved to Andheri. Property is transferred in my name and I have share certificates of the same. I am renting property from 2005. I never registered Leave and Licence agreements. This year also I let my house. Now society has increased NOC charges from Rs. 4000 to 6000 per agreement. Whereas, as per rule NOC charges should not be more than 10% of society charges. Kindly let me know can I object society and sue the society for the same. What should be done from my side as the owner of Mhada property.
