Q: I have a one flat on pagri system since last 20 years. owner has increased rent time to time. my question is how much owner has a right to increase a rent on yearly basis or any other mechanism can exist to increased a rent in a pagri system?
A: Dear thereis no law of pagri in Pakistan you are just a tannant and 10 % after year and 25 to 30 % after three years.

Sir, thx ur comments; here i have one more query that its mandatory to increase a rent 10 % after year and 25 to 30 % after three years and also how much mandatory time required for repair n maintenance of flat and how one has bear it?

Dear repair of flats are based on mutual consent and conditions of agreement but when required the landlord is responsible to do and if he fails then you and deduct from rent
