for proof of residence you can attach copy of your ration card, voter card or any I_card etc

You may apply for passport giving your parents address; for proof of address, you may use the family ration card; besides, you may get yourself registered as a voter and may use the voter card as address proof.

you need to attach a ration card or a rent receipt in rationcard your name should be there during police verificationyou have to take two neighbours with their ration cards who will do identification at police station dont worry good luck
