Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
sir my father is an exservicemen ,after retirement in army govt give 2 acers of land in 1987,he sell it in1992 the person who purchase it ,he sell to other, in registration they not mentiond link documents,my question is my father sell it when iam minor can i fight to get it back,pls answer me.
