Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I'm staying in a rented house in west bengal for the last 4 months I'm paying rent of 15000 every month I paid 50 thousand deposit.My problem is owners brother is staying in a room in the same house and just the door is closed.He is not paying the electricity bill Owner says that his brother has seperately meter.Actually there is only one meter,for the whole house.I'm not happy to stay here.Owner s brother comes late at 2 am sometimes 1am.It's really disturbing.
Now I want to leave before the agreement finishes I'm not working also.I lost my job.Pls advise how can I leave this place

It depends upon T&C of agreement. What is the notice period?
Discuss with the landlord and try to finalize amicably.
