Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

I am a tenant I need to ask that, actually I given notice of 1 weak for vacant house to landlord, but due to some problem, i want to stay more, till the end of 1 month period, because normally duration of notice period is 30 days, when I inform to my landlord regarding this, he denied and threatened me if you will not vacant house in 1 weak, I will make your stuff throw out of the house. So, can I register FIR againt my landlord and can I change the date of vacant house in the notice period month, whenever I want in between after the date given to landlord.

no need to issue fresh notice only to stay till u desire the landlord not entitled to take help of local police only could file ejectmant petition
