tenant refusing to vaccate intamil nadu chennai
my tenent is refusing to vacate and gone to court.
if i dispose the house will the tenent lose his tenency?
can i demolish my house as i am the owner and the tenent has only the house in tenency and when the house is not in existence he has to go. am i right/
