Legal Question
what can i do if a bank guarantee given as a security to a company for the normal course of business is revoked by the company? i have a letter from the representative of the company stating that i have no dues towards the company. the bank guarantee is submitted just 2-3 days before it expires. its a clear case of harrassment.
