Thanks for your reply
I asked this question someone and he replied that i will gift my share through gift dead and a relinquishment deed will be made for the other share which is jointly named with my father.
is this procedure true? and in this case two deed will be made, then if we go to the KDA for mutation can't they object on two deeds
kindly give me advise for the same.

Q. I have a joint property with the name of my Father and myself, My father has died
We 07 brothers including me a mother are legal hears .
Now Me and My mother want to transfer whole property (80 sq. yds. house) to all my 06 brothers what deeds will be made for the same matter.
A. after declaring your shares a release deed will be executed b you and your mother in their favor.
