money matter
me & my partner has taken Rs 2lakh from my father in year 2003 .and taken some land ,but now my father is no ready to accept Rs 2 lakh back , he wants more money i.e equvalent to property value , as we have given him a blank chq of our partnership firm, please suggest a way??
