Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Pakistan

assalam o alaikum,sir i have got answers of my so many problems through this plate form so i am very thankful to you all.sir my husband purchased a land about six marla in 2002 from his own rizqe halal.but after the death of my father in law in 2012,when my husband demanded his share in fathers land, my brother in law(he is a lawyer)send a notice to my husband that all the brothers have the share in my husbands plot because this plot was purchased by their fathers income.and he also tried to make their mother as a witness of this because she lives with them in their house.my father in law was a poor man.and he could not give the money to my husband.all the villagers know that.actually my brother in law did not want to give the share in fathers land of village to my husband.so he did this cruel act.because of this notice, we after consultation with a lawyer,sold our plot on much less profit and have suffered an immense mental torture.now 7 months have been passed to this sale deed.we wanted to built a house on that land but now we are empty handed.sir my husband is a very down to earth person.i have kept that notice safe with me.sir i want to ask,is this the right time to sue against his this malpractice and do we have the right to go to the court or we should wait for the justice of Allah.and is this right for us because we have suffered a lot from a person who is famous for doing legal malpractices on heavy amounts of money.
