Recently my sister got engaged with a well educated software engineer they asked a dowry of Rs 4 lakhs initially we insisted but finally we have given that during engagement, but after the engagement the bride groom is rejecting to marry and when asked for the reason they are simply saying that he dont like my sisters skin complexion, Can we file any case against him under this circumstances..??
