1)how to cancel the sale deed document after accepting both parties are ready to clear that deed ......???

2)how much fees we have to pay for that cancellation??

Dear Sir / Madam,

If it is a registered Sale Deed, you must complete the prevailing process of cancellation laid down by the concerned Tehsildar / District Registrar. I do not think there are any fees payable, and even if there is any fee, it will be very nominal.
