Arihant Anmol at Badlapur, MH a project by Arihant Superstructure Ltd has constructed fault construction of my flay where Kitchen otta and service platform direction has been changed as was mentioned in the agreed plan. Becouse of this Vastu is killed. They has dont this in most of the flats without letting us know. Kindly suggest what action to be taken. I have written letter to builder but they just say that we will inform you soon after confirmation.

You need to serve a legal notice first. If possession has been taken, flat can not be altered but you can claim compensation by filing a consumer complaint. Altering the structure without intimation amounts to deficiency in service.
