Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have booked a flat in Nashik. Flat rate is 3121 Rs/ sqft ( Super B/up area ), in addition to that the builder has asked for Infrastructure cost which is 2.8 Lacks. Is it legal??

1) U hv to decide whether the cost quoted is agreeable to u.

2) He quoted his rates which has no legal issue.
