Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

dear lawyer

i have an industrail leased Plot which i rented to one Sajid khan

now when After period i damanded back so he refused.

i filed suit for possession in civil court.

but he is not paying monthly rent and sending me through monyorder but i refused to accept.

my question is whther civil court has the power to order for deposit in court , if yes in what section of CPC.

you have filed an ejectment petition before the rent tribunal under new rent act of 2009, terms of you r rent contract wl be followed there is no harm if you get your rent directly or it is deposited in the court.
