Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir,

i m frm tamil nadu. my uncle family (my fathers brother ) and my family living in my grandma' s property for the past 20 years....my grandma was died just befor one year (my grandpa also died already) . my uncle and my family are living in separate houses, and also we share some agriculture land also...but till now we both family have no dougments for owning our property.but nowdays my uncle is quarrling with us by claming some of our land .he is saying that he is having rights to own part of our land...so i m confused now how to register my house and my house and my agri land (which we are using for the past 20 years) in our name....plz tell me the procedure .

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your deceased grandfather & grandmother have not left behind a Will clearly naming a beneficiary for each of their property(ies) therein, the way forward is to obtain a Succession Certificate from the Court, and proceed accordingly.
