dear sir ,we want to sell our flat .deal has been finaled .society has a law if u want to sell flat u should put up in notice .we had done that procedure after wards we finalised the deal.now we need noc .of society,but they are not willing to give.another law that owner and party should come to office of society .we have done that als'o still they r not giving .now what to do .how to get it?should we complaint to registerar.?.
