Legal Question
Dear sir,
My father was 40 acres land ( anesteral property) . i hav 2 brother. my father share land in 4 equal part among 3 brother and 1 part with him. now my father given this share to my elder brother and tranfer their land in the name of my brother. my question is that can i claim our share in our father share beacuse already my father tranfer his share to brother.please advice.
