Legal Question

dishonour of cheques

three post dated cheques were issued to me by Vian Infrastrure Ltd. against cancellation of my plot booking. But all cheques were dishonoured at the time of maturirty due to non sufficient fund in issuing authority. pls advise what action I can take against the issuing co.
