Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are a family of 3 i.e. My mother, Me and elder sister. My Father passed away. We only have one property in the name of my late father. Now my elder sister (who is married) is threatening my mother to sell off that property and give her equal share of money. This property was purchased by my mother and then was gifted to my father by my mother. Also my sister has never supported my mother financially.

My question is do we have any law where the property can once again be transferred back to my mother's name and let her decide what she needs to do with that property?
