Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, My father constructed house with Loan and I m the co applicant for the loan. The site and home properties are in my fathers name. Now he would like to register the properties to my name. I have one brother. Can i able to register during the loan. If yes how can i proceed. If no please suggest if any.

If the property has share of ur brother, u cannot alone get registered in ur name.
