Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have a free hold n.a.open plot in registered co-op.hsg.soceity at PEN,Raigad,Maharashtra,India since last 25 years. Recently it is observed that nearby plot owners are encroaching & thretening not to construct building in exclusively in my possession.Our complaints in Local Police Stations are not entertained.i am staying 150km away from this place and being a senior citizen lady i won't be able to travel & keep watch on this property.Plz.advice me & give addresses with cell nos.of the Advocates who can help me out of this situation .
