For POA, lawyer is required and furhter you can cancel the earlier POA and give to someother person or simply take the rights in your hand.

yes, you can revoke the earlier POAs by executing a cancellation document and you may mention about the cancellation in your new POA. you need to serve the notice of cancellation upon the person holding unauthorized POA.
