Under GIFT deed act, how much money will have to be paid for a 1000 sq feet land in Patna region (Bihar) ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Stamp duty payable on a Gift Deed is based on the actual market value of the 1000 sq.ft. land as per the ready reckoner.
