Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hellooo,

My Name is Yasir and i am living in Saudi Arabia but belong to Pakistan.

1 Year before I purchased 1 Plot 1300 Square Feet. in the registry written front of that plot 28 feet.

but when i start building that land old owner come to me and he said your plot front is 18 feet not a 28 feet.

I told him when you sale to me this land you told me 28 Feet also written in the Registry 28 feet front.

Now i build a wall around the plot and he destroy my 1 wall.

in this case what I have to do....

Because I am not in Pakistan that,s why My Cousin building my home as per my instructions.

Please give me a best answer of my Question..

As per registered dacument you are entitled to construct your house .

Have you approvef site plan before construction are just raising boundary wall.

Even then you knock the door of court immediately without further delay and contact any lawyer.
