Hi,
I just came across your website and I have a certain query regarding property rights of married daughters.Do they have any rights over the property where the property has been already transferred on the name of there brother.Example:A (father)and B (mother)are parents they have 3 daughters C,D,E and a son F and the property was transferred by B to his son F after the demise of A so now the property belongs to F, now do C,D,E have any rights on the property which is already in the name of F.Please advise.

The question is which property was transferred? Was it a self acquired property of mother? You can challenge the transfer if it was of ancestral property.
