Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have given my house on rent in Noida, Uttar Pradesh . The lease drawn was for a period of 11 months. However, the rent agreement was drawn on Rs.10/-stamp paper instead of Rs. 100/-stamp paper. I wanted to know if the agreement is still valid legally.

1) When it goes to court for litigation, then the short stamp can be impounded.
