Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i have my house in village upside and downside is shops,i want to sell my shops and i have buyer who want to purchase but he is claiming he want it in vacant condition.and i asked to the tenant to leave their shops within 6 months time i am giving them they are refusing it .i want to know what is my legal right to notice them and they discharge their shops and leave them.what time is legal for this case to give them to leave the shops.
