Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

I jointly owned an inherited house. I want to sale it but my brother create hurdles on its selling price.

my share in the house is 50%. can you guide how to handle it through court. I have applied all other alternatives like negotiations, consultancy with relatives and within social set up.

legal recourse is the best option under the circumstances. through court you can have more options like selling your share to him or buying his share of the property or compulsory sale of the property or if property is easily divisible than you can independently sell your share after its physical allocation and demarcation by the order of the court.
