Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A land of four acres shared by my 4 grand fathers agreed to sell land and took an advance ,but before registration some persons filed a suit against my grand fathers that they have ploughed the land for many years. While this allegation going on the person from whom we have received advance given lawer notice to accept the remaining consideration and get registered on him with in the. Time. Sir, does the person who ploughed has any right towards that land to ask the money.. What u suggest
