Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

im living in punjab with my mother. my father has expired 5 years back. the house in which im living with my mother was owned by my grandfather ( dadaji)
after my dadaji and my father death. the house is now owned by my mother. my mother have only two children. one boy and one gird. my sister is married.
can i claim my share in house?
is it possible my mother can give this house to my sister?
can my sister claim her share in house?

yes you can claim your share ........... since its ancestral property even your sister have share in the property...

all hv equal share. U can claim ur share along with ur sister.
