maine housing board ka ghar seller se 2003 me sale agreent se kharida tha. ghar seller ko lottery k through 1995 me alot hua tha jiski kuch one time payment aur 20 years ki installment thi. 2003 se mai us ghar me reh reha hu aur instlment bhi bhar raha hu. sale agreement k sath power of attrney,affidavit,will bhi diye gaye the. ye sare notarised stamp paper par h. sale agrmnt me likha h ki jab bhi instlment housing bord me puri ho jayegi seller mere nam registry kara dega. ab sari instlmnt puri ek sath jama karne k bad ghar ki registry karana chahta hu par seller registry karane aur ghar bechne se mana kar raha h. Ghar ki value bahut badh chuki h aur yeh ek hi h mere pas. Muje ab kya karna chahiye. 2004 se water aur electricity k bill mere nam se hi a rahe h. Please guide me..thanx in advance..

Makaan bechnaywala bakaida aapko dhamki denay ki koshish kar raha hai. Jab Sale Agreement par uskay dastakhat hai tabhee kisee bhee haalat may unko aaphee kay naam registry darj karnee hogee. Ghar already beek chuka hai, bechnay kee manayee ka sawaal he nahee uthtaa. Gharka possession bhee aapkay paas hai aur sabhee kaagzaat bhi. Aap seedhay Registrar kay paas jaakar ghar aapkay naam karnay ka application dey deejeeye aur nishchint raheeye.
