Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am NRI and have booked a flat, Located at Kerala, in 2007 with a promise of completion by 2009. 10% works completed and it is stopped in 2008 due to unknown issue with builder and land owner . the builder jailed for 30+ days in 2010. Now builder is not in picture, and land owner is not respecting our agreement made (clearly mentions that they will pay 12%interest per year in case of delay) at the time of booking. The land owner telling he is not responsible for anything. and I lodged a case against builder and land lord..........Will I lose the money ???

Please advise

You can file a complain in court against builder and owner also mentioning all facts including the description of property. Register the les pendency at sub registrars office and put the charge on property, it we give the legal umbrella cover to your investment .
