in pagadi system once the name is transfer from the mother to son name in the present of the mother is alive then the name receipt is also on the son name after transferring is there any rights saying that lanlord can thriw out any of the relatives can case on the son fro the share

Once the name is transferred the son becomes tenant. Landlord cannot throw out any relatives or person/s staying as family members of the tenant (in the present case son).
