Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

After publishing public notice for a purchase of land...time of 7 days no one objected.sale agreement completed..but after 15 days a person send notice of haq i shuffa..is it maintainable

dear public notice is not the requirement in Haq e shufa .

after registration of sale or mutation 120 days to perform Haq e shufa .03359910910
