Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Recently I am staying at a rented house,we have been staying here for last 52 years . Recently the landowner wants to evict us, due to some bad relationship in the past we have been depositing the rent at Rent control . Can the landowner evict us? I am in a fix . Pls suggest something

If not today the landlord can get u evicted. U will be tenant only cannot be the owner as per SC.
