Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
This is with the reference to your reply to my quiery. I want to know the documents , procedure and formalities to be adopted before getting the registration of title on my father's name and thereafter to his sons. Also suggest me whether it is advisable to approach through so called document writers available near the registration offices in this regard.

its not so advisiable to get the documents drafted by them as they do not see any legal point before drafting they simply flow the format and draft the documents ..........
