Respected Sir / Madam,

Matter :

Residencial flat located in dombivli - maharshtra. flat morgage with idbi bank for home loan ( loan is running )..sale deed on my brother and mother name. i asked bank how to add my name in sale deed with bank with permission of current owner ? but bank refused to do so. pls let me know how to add my name in sale deed OR any other way which give me ownership right on proparty in future.

Dear Vishal,

If the home loan is taken by your brother and he is paying the EMI's for the flat purchased by your brother in his name, the seller / bank / society will not be in a position to add your name as the co-owner, especially if you are not a party to the original transaction.

Once a document is registered, there may not be any change therein.

You may consider a fresh deed with the permission of bank.
