Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir/Ma'am;

My grandfather i.e., my father's father has made a will which goes like this..

after his death his male children from 2nd wife can live in that house and after that male children of them can do whatever they want with the property. My father has two female children.. Can he claim that property?? if not.. then can i (a female grandchild) claim that property?? the property is worth 2.5crores..

if the property was acquired by the grandfather with his own funds or he acquired it through a testament then no, if it devolved through succession, i.e. if it is a ancestral property and he inherited that property then female children can claim share.
