Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

am one of those unfortunate repatriates from Mozambique and living in Mumbai from 12.03.1963 leaving behind Assets, Cash in Bank, House 10,000 square meters approx. in Mozambique, Portuguese Colony at that time.

due to Bilateral Agreement between Portugal and India, we are suppose to compensated by India, but till this date nothing has been paid.

am 70 years old, suffered attack and my right side is damagad due to Paralysis.

can you help Legally to get our Money. thank you in advance. regards.

Dear Vinod,

I am sure you must be having all the relevant supporting documents of your estate in Mozambique and your Passport. You should lodge those papers with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Mozambique Embassy for their information and action in the matter.
