Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am staying currently in Hyderabad and I am proper from Nagpur , Maharashtra.
My question is regarding property at my hometown Nagpur.
The property was owned by my grandfather now he is no more now as expired 4 years back.
I have my grandmother still alive and my father and total 4 sisters are there also i have brother.
so i want to know whether me or my brother will be able to claim for property or not and if yes how to proceed and if no then what are concern are related to issue taken into consideration?

1) During ur fathers life time ur brothers cannot.

2) If ancestral, ur grandmother and ur father, his brothers and sisters are entitled.
