Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am wanting to buy a plot in Wagholi (ahead of it actually) but it has a Gat number and not survey number. Should I go ahead, as I am buying only 1000 sq ft. are there any issues for me to sell it in future.

If is NA plot with NA order in force of collector of Pune you can proceed.
