Legal Question in Securities Law in India
We are 27 years tenant of our house (rented by us and a NGO office), our landlord sold the house without informing us ( we were interested to by the house then ). Now the new landlord disturbing us to vacant the house without giving any compensation . We are paying rent via rent control. . Please tell me about the law and what we should do now.
