Firstly, I would advise you to forget her as if you question her integrity then its negative in this case. You cant rely on somebody like her who can leave you any moment.

Secondly no law in this world can force any person to marry and she is a lady so dont take any hasty decisions that can put you and your creditability in trouble.

Finally if you have written consent which says she is going to marry you then there can might be a hope that you can bring her in court of law.

Forget her.

The law does not bar "emotional fooling" and sex amongst eligible persons may not be illegal in a given situation.

If you love her, you may not think of "punishing" her. Try to wean her away from the "other man" with your love and compassion. Law does not provide any remedy in such situations. THE LAW OF LOVE WILL PREVAIL.
