Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Dear sir/madam,

It has been brought to my notice that a bunch of guys (so called friends) share pictures of women (mine included) taken from social networking websites like Facebook etc on a whatsapp group and pass lewd comments over the pictures. Also, they walk around on the streets clicking pictures of random women only to then share it on that whatsapp page and carry on with their filthy talk. I have screenshots to prove this.

I was wondering what are the charges that can be filed against these people?

please report the matter to the police and they will register an FIR against them

You should file FIR in this case against such person in the Police Station in locality or file a complaint against such persons in the CJM/SDJM Court.
