women filed FIR against me under IPC 354 and 509 on 08/02/2008 saying that incidance is happained in month of May 2007 without mentioning date in FIR with no direct evidance. All evidance is on heard basis and of her husband and home worker
What is time limit for fileing FIR in such cases
