Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Long story short. I loved a girl when i proposed she said yes first and said no later. There were signs that she was attracted to me and she touched me inappropriately before(when we were 17 years old). So after few days i touched her inappropriately and later asked her on text if she got hurt. she said she didnt mind. this happened for 3 days. and i asked her if she was okay with it.Later she said "what if someone finds out?" so basically the only problem was someone else finding out. later she went back to her college we drifted kind of and she said on text that it was not okay and she got back with her ex. It has been 1 year and I have hidden the story from her ex. Now it's time they find out, so if out of shame she files a molestation case will I be in trouble? Logically speaking, who chats late night and takes photos after being molested right? but laws in India are kinda stricked. so i am confused.
